Westbound, not a loop through Hialeah
If you start near NW 27th Avenue or the Opa-locka Executive Airport, you are east of the Palmetto. Going west toward SR 826, then onto Miami Lakes Drive (NW 154th Street), is the route the directions page describes. From the west side of Opa-locka, closer to the Miami Lakes line, you may already be on an east-west street and not need the freeway. The Hialeah page is a different direction, south-west of the office, and should not be used as the Opa-locka map. Time depends on which side of Opa-locka you start on. This page does not invent a single ETA.
